Registrations & Refunds

Q. How do I register?
A. Our ticket registration is being managed through TryBooking. When completing your registration, please make sure to put in your correct name and email address should we need to contact you in the future.

Q. Can I buy a ticket at the door?
A. Unfortunately there is not enough space for walk-in attendees and we require all tickets to be pre-booked.

Q. Is there an age limit?
A. We are open to all ages, though please note that children are expected to be under the full supervision of an adult at all times.

Q. What is the refund policy?
A. We will honour refund requests until 2 weeks prior to the start of the event, after this time no further refunds will be issued. If you require a refund please contact us including the details of the ticket you need refunded.

Q. Do I need to book accommodation at the venue?
A. No, you are not required to have a room at the venue (though many prefer to as it's easier to stay onsite). You can contact our venue directly to enquire about room availability, details can be found on our Location page.

Q. Can I update my registration information?
A. Yes and we encourage it. Please contact us and we can update your information for you.

Q. Do I need to bring a printed ticket with me?
A. Not necessarily printed, but we do require you to have your ticket details with you when you arrive. This can be in the form of a printed ticket, saved email, screenshot on your smartphone etc.
